Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received and a booking confirmation is sent to you. The lead booker must be 18 or over, must provide accurate details for the whole party, and is responsible for all members of the party throughout the stay. Only the guests named on the booking may stay overnight, and the party size must not exceed the lodge's stated capacity. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking that breaches these terms.
Full payment is taken at the time of booking. We do not offer cancellation or refunds as standard — any refund, credit or date change is entirely at management's discretion, considered case by case. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to cover the unexpected.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am unless otherwise agreed. Late departures may incur a charge.
No smoking or vaping. No parties or events. No barbecues of any kind at the lodges or on the grounds. Quiet hours 10pm–7am apply on both parks. Full house rules are provided with your booking confirmation.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement (fees apply at some lodges). Dogs must stay off furniture and beds and must not be left unattended in the lodge.
We ask you to treat the lodge as you would your own home, and to tell us about any accidental damage or breakage as soon as it happens — accidents do happen, and honesty is always the cheapest option.
