Bower & Beck is a trading name of Brickhaven Property Ltd (company number 16561425), registered at 7 Seaborn Drive, Witham, CM8 1ZD. We ("we", "us") operate holiday lodges in the Lake District and South Lakeland. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.
What we collect
- Booking details — name, contact details, party size and payment information (processed securely by our booking and payment providers; we never store full card numbers).
- Messages you send us via the contact form or booking platforms.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, kept until you unsubscribe.
How we use it
To manage your booking and stay, respond to enquiries, send booking-related messages, and — only if you opt in — occasional newsletters. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the services we use to run your stay, and strictly to deliver the services above:
- Hospitable — our booking and guest-messaging system, which manages reservations, availability and stay-related messages.
- Stripe — our payment processor. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Netlify — our website host, which processes enquiries and sign-ups submitted through forms on this site.
- Booking channels — if you booked via a platform such as Airbnb or Booking.com, that platform also holds your booking data under its own privacy policy.

You can request a copy of your data, correction or deletion at any time via our contact page. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click.
